Shaun is licensed in New York and Connecticut. Specializing in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess and Fairfield Counties, Shaun helps buyers and investors find the best value for their dollar. Shaun helps sellers with an aggressive marketing program which reaches buyers from all over the world as well as those who are searching locally. 

Shaun's focus is on residential real estate and she holds a certification in Commercial and Investment real estate Shaun has lived in Westchester County for over 25 years and holds great knowledge of all the neighboring towns.

Before delving into real estate, Shaun spent over twenty years as a quantitate analyst for two of the top financial firms in Manhattan: BlackRock and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Her quantitative background is a significant asset in real estate. She can easily evaluate sales activity and decipher property values according to the various factors that affect each property/town.

Shaun began working in international real estate and then chose to focus on the local market. Shaun said "By working at RE/MAX Prestige Properties I have more marketing platforms which allows me to broadcast my listings to a vast audience and provide the highest level of service to my clients."

Shaun grew up in Cobleskill, NY, a historic town between Cooperstown and Saratoga. As an undergraduate, Shaun achieved two Bachelors Degrees from SUNY Oneonta. Her studies ranged from mathematics and chemistry to studio art and photography. From there she continued my Masters Studies at New York University. 

Shaun's other hobbies include traveling, hiking, reading, photography and spending time with family and pets.
